Kimchi was sour. Package states best before 2 months from manufacturing. I received an older product – 3 months old, perhaps why kimchi was tasting sour

Hi Ilina,
Thanks for your message. We missed it among the spam messages.
The kimchi is best before 6 months and it is fermented for 6 weeks. It usually is sour and spicy and smells a little pungent. A lot of brands sell kimchi which is not even a week old at times but that is not the authentic way of making kimchi.
Do send us a photo of the barcode and we can replace it if it was older then the best before date.
