It is organic garlic fermented using either brine or honey. At MAVI’s we do both the
versions, Honey Fermented Garlic (HFG) and Water Fermented Garlic (WFG)

True, but when garlic releases the juices and moisture it reduces the anti microbial
character of honey just enough to allow the good bacteria to start fermentation of
garlic. This allows the garlic to mellow down and sweeten up with honey and the
